Job Description

The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategic frame-up and flawless execution of WOW!’s overall brand and marketing initiatives that drive improved brand health, lead generation, revenue, and subscriber connects for the business.  The Senior Marketing Manager will closely manage programs and vendors to ensure accuracy and speed-to-market and will build and cultivate collaborative relationships with advertising agencies and internal partners to accelerate direct sales, drive strategic joint business planning and fundamentally elevate the WOW! brand across our serviceable footprint.  In addition, this position will have the primary responsibility of managing demand generation programs, developing sales content and supporting multiple sales channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Provide a strategic B2B sales and marketing focus to support all sales channels to drive budgeted leads and revenue
  • Create and/or adjust marketing tactics based on the ever-changing needs of the business
  • Responsible for all demand generation and awareness efforts including direct mail, digital, OOH, radio and other media
  • Participates in the design and execution of go-to-market plans including targeted acquisition and upsell campaigns
  • Manages Sales and Product content development to ensure products and services are positioned appropriately to prospects and customers
  • Maintain content management system to enable salespeople to provide relevant product features and benefits to  customers and prospects
  • Create and interpret data analysis to drive campaign changes and optimizations
  • Work within Salesforce.com to create and maintain Sales and Marketing reports and dashboards to present to leadership
  • Manage outside resources including prospect data and agency resources that drive Marketing Automation program strategy and tactical delivery
  • Work with outside partner to develop direct mail segmentation strategies and management of prospect database
  • Other duties as assigned

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field required

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience required
  • Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating a strategic vision and path for getting there
  • Superior oral and written creative skills; experience drafting/editing offer positioning, marketing collateral, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work within a deadline-oriented, delivery-centered, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Energetic, charismatic, collaborative self-starter
  • Demonstrated project management and organization skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while providing excellent follow-up
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Previous cable TV/telecom industry experience preferred
  • Experience with B2B marketing and demand generation programs, ideally in service-business preferred
