Human Resources Coordinator


The Human Resources Coordinator provides general and administrative human resources support to the business partner function company-wide.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Provides support to HR team members to ensure HR is aligned with business priorities

  • Works closely with HRBP's to ensure necessary coordination for new hires and employee onboarding

  • Supports executive onboarding through scheduling specific meetings and communicating agendas

  • Processes and tracks education assistance applications for all locations

  • Serves as a focal point for company-wide programs such as service awards, new hire gift deployment

  • Serves as a central point of contact for incident report completion/tracking and responding to information requests related to vehicle usage (ie, drivers licenses)

  • Compiles and completes the annual OSHA logs

  • Tracks unemployment usage/cost, identifying opportunities for improvement company-wide

  • Supports information requests in response to formal complaints, audits, etc., through data collection and reporting

  • Assists HRBP's with the completion of job descriptions and compensation requests forms

  • Monitors required policy completion, alerting HRBP's to outstanding items

  • Tracks and reports on company-wide activity and participation in various programs such as health & wellness

  • Serves as a point of contact for electronic filing system management

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (human resources, business, etc.) is strongly preferred


  • 2-3 years' experience in human resources

  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and to meet established timelines while maintaining accuracy

  • Must possess an approachable and professional demeanor, have highly effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Must possess the ability to work in a team based environment and to interface with all levels of employees

  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files, conversations, etc.

  • Must possess outstanding organization ability, with demonstrated skill in handling multiple priorities

Computer Skills:


  • Advanced Email, Spreadsheet, Presentation knowledge

  • Advanced level experience in all GSuite products preferred

  • Experience with an HRIS, from an end user standpoint, is strongly preferred
