From keeping our operations running smoothly to installing and repairing broadband systems in our communities, our Field Operations teams connect WOW!’s customers to the people, information and entertainment that matters most to them.

Sales
Residential and Business Sales teams often provide the first interactions our customers have with WOW!. They are the voice of the WOW! brand and some of our strongest brand ambassadors. Our sales teams enthusiastically introduce potential customers to the advantages of WOW! products and services using proven sales techniques. We offer four weeks paid training and a steady salary, plus uncapped commissions paid out every two weeks. Our top performers make more than $100,000/year while selling WOW! products and services every day!
Customer Care
WOW!’s Customer Care Advocates embody our brand. They build relationships with our customers, answer their questions, and troubleshoot and resolve issues. Our Customer Care Advocates also help ensure our customers are matched with the best possible service combinations.
