Job Description

Sales Support Coach

The Sales Support Coach is responsible for providing enhanced sales coaching to Residential Inbound and Outbound Sales Representatives and Supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Regularly monitors Inbound and Outbound Sales calls identifying opportunities and coaching sales representatives to improve sales results

  • Identify sales improvement opportunities and partners with Sales Leadership and the Training department to develop and deliver Sales Huddle material

  • Partner with Sales Training to provide feedback regarding training content and material, ensuring that new hire sales representatives are prepared to successfully transition to the Nesting environment

  • Responsible for managing the new hire nesting process ensuring that new sales representatives successfully transition from classroom training to the sales floor

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining a new hire mentorship program designed to ensure the success of new hire sales representatives

  • Drive improved sales results by designing, developing, gaining approval and overseeing sales incentive contests

  • Develop and promote a positive sales culture through the implementation of goal tracking mechanisms, recognition programs and an overall increase in sales sense of urgency

  • Other duties as assigned

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required


  • 2-4 years Sales call center experience required

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening skills, the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide figures and amount using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as product information, training materials, and company policies

  • Ability to multi-task and function effectively and consistently in a fast-paced environment

  • Must possess a high level of initiative along with the ability to follow through on completion of duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision

  • Must be a self-starter able to work in a team environment

    Computer Skills:

  • Proficient use of MS Office suite and G-Suite

  • Experiences with ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems and Salesforce a plus
