Sales Commission Analyst

This Role is responsible for the processing commissions for our sales team. We are looking for you to perform internal audits of commissions to ensure compliance with signed compensation agreements, assist the department manager by performing various commission related analyses, and provide audit and analytical support to the Commission Sales Manager in various day-to-day functions of the commission department.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll collect data and prepare customized commission spreadsheets for commission compensation and payroll submission

  • You'll monitor systems and validate data to ensure efficiency and accuracy of commission calculating components and compile, audit for accuracy and distribute customized individual employee monthly commission summaries

  • You'll provide superior internal customer service in direct response to commission compensation inquiries

  • You'll support the Supervisor, Commission Sales and Commission-Sales Manager Commercial and Residential on projects including sales commission process flow documentation, analysis, detail excel model building and reporting

  • You'll assist in the creative development of Sales Contests, including cost analyses, model building, tracking, payout and return on investment

What We're Looking For:

  • Have 5-6 years of experience and/or related associate degree or equivalent in training and experience

  • Hae knowledge of commission payments and experience with commission systems in a corporate environment

  • Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, email, and internet experience as well as advanced excel skills including formula and macros ability

  • Be detail oriented, organized and able to work independently while prioritizing assignments and responsibilities and handling critical issues

  • Handle confidential matters in a professional manner and have excellent communication skills.

  • Have knowledge of Accounting and General Ledger software preferred
