You will lead, train and inspire Residential Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales quotas, while ensuring our core values of Respect, Integrity, Spirit of Service, and Accountability are maintained. Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:



  • Ensuring your team meets or exceeds our established homes-passed objectives, prospecting, closing standards, bundling objectives and sales quota standards

  • You will spend time in the field with your sales reps doing one-on-one training. Time will also be spent observing and monitoring your team to ensure everyone is on track for their quotas. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly productivity and performance status reports are your responsibility

  • Delivering a positive customer experience is our main focus. You will review daily sales orders, installs, reschedules and cancels to monitor the quality assurance processes and quality compliance of the sales team's processes. Any customer issues raised from the sales team will be your responsibility to resolve. Customer retention and churn management is a big part of this role. Responsibilities include summarizing and reporting current customer sales trends, field conditions and resources issues

  • You are responsible for training the sales team on proper sales presentation with new products, pricing and packaging changes, discounts, marketing and other program changes as needed

  • Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate time off records in accordance with the designated procedures

  • You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in the interview/hiring process of new residential sales reps. Mentoring, counseling and performing ongoing reviews for reps is a large part of the job. You are also responsible for administering disciplinary action consistent with company procedures

  • Education:


Sales, Marketing or Business college degree or equivalent in training and experience. CSG, Billing Systems.



  • Experience/Skills Needed:


Door-to-door selling of our full line of Data and Video services to wired and serviceable residential homes. Minimum of one year of lead or supervision experience in similar industry.



  • Computer Skills:


Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Internet software and email



  • Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, it is required of the employee be able to work outdoors in all climates and is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; use vision to adjust focus to close and distant objects; be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, e.g. boxes of sales and marketing materials, display objects, etc.



  • This supervisor will have to speak and hear on a regular basis

  • The use of hands to type, handle objects and paperwork is critical

  • You may have to reach and hold on to items at chest level or reach above the shoulder

  • Close vision and be able to focus

  • There will be times when the job will ask you to work outside of traditional office hours in order to get those sales. This could include weekend or holiday days.

  • Work in inclement weather: rain or shine.

  • While you are selling our awesome products, you are required to have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets our insurance requirements
