Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will contribute and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, marketing campaigns, social media initiatives and various projects that help attract top talent!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Understand the current candidate market and business to help implement sourcing and advertising strategies that will help reach more candidates

  • Maintain social and online content that attracts attention, generates interest and demands to be shared by our candidates

  • Create social media campaigns and understand algorithms and sponsored spots to help reach a wider net of candidates

  • Develop social media content calendar to support Talent Acquisition objectives

  • Manage day-to-day activities related to social media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our employment brands' social media sites and reputation management (sites include: Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Respond to Glassdoor reviews in a timely manner

  • Updates photos and videos on social media channels to expose our culture and employment brand

  • Create and maintains reporting for various trend analysis and calls out important trends that need to be addressed

  • Stay current and forward thinking on new social media tools and platforms, best practices and use within the competitive landscape

  • Proactively listen and engage with brand communities to optimize content and identify any opportunities

  • Maintain and become the brand voice and vision throughout all conversations

  • Engage with Recruiters to understand their current needs and come up with creative campaigns to help increase candidate flow

  • Research new and creative spaces to advertise jobs and measure the results

  • Assist with job description placements on various job boards, educational institutions, industry associations and other sourcing sites

  • Manage social media job postings and budget

  • Support hiring events or recruiting blitzes (creating job postings, flyers, event documents, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, ordering supplies and/or food)

  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and help manage various projects

  • Maintains and track the Talent Budget

  • Organize and facilitate the Summer Internship Program

  • Monitors the drug and background process; review start dates, call candidates during review process, and track all decisions

  • Arranges travel (air, train, hotel, ground transportation) for candidates and creates and sends a travel itinerary

  • Coordinates and plans various events for the HR team

  • Manages vendor relationships with background/drug vendors, social media, job boards, and staffing agency vendors

  • Sends out various internal communications around job postings, referrals, internal opportunities and social media campaigns


  • Have a BIG vision, this role has a lot of flexibility to create new and better ways to find top talent and enhance the candidate experience

  • Must have experience with social media development and execution

  • Experience with managing projects successfully

  • Exceptional customer service and understanding of Servanthood

  • Provide sourcing strategy vision to the team

  • Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment

  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy

  • Process/Project management skills

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databases
