Job Description

This role will involve management and deployment of all business customer installations.  Working in an agile manner, the job will drive the implementation of new strategic business customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall scoping, planning, execution, and on-time delivery of business service projects.
  • Define resources, schedules, and ROI
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Maintain timelines and develop deployment plans for strategic business projects
  • Efficiently identify project issues and work for timely resolution
  • Create and maintain technical and project documentation
  • Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
  • Ensure communication is timely and accurate to all involved
  • Manage a team of Order Coordinator including scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary action if needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Architecture and deployment experience building business class complex IP and voice networks. 
  • Experience of customer installations use in real-time telecom\MSO environments.
  • Ability to architect and lead order coordinators deployment teams across all markets. 
  • Strong understanding of the Agile business model
  • Experience in following areas would be beneficial

    • CEP/ESP life cycle

The role will require the applicant to be focused, goal driven and possess an obsessive attention to detail. Applicant must be a team player who can motivate as well as provide coaching as needed. Must be able to work under pressure, along with demonstrating solid time management skills and demonstrate a winning attitude.   


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience required.
  •  5-10 years of service delivery management experience required
