MDU Account Manager

WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone Work From Home, MI (Remote) Full-Time

WOW! is currently hiring a Residential MDU Account Manager!

The Account Manager-MDU (Multi-dwelling Unit) position is responsible for driving growth of WOW’s products (Internet, Video, Voice) at specific locations where WOW has contractual marketing relationships. This position requires strong customer service and relationship-building skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.

What YOU need is:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Own relationships with property owners, managers, and building staff within an assigned portfolio of multi-dwelling properties. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for the property management team.

  • Train and motivate property staff to recommend WOW’s products and services. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams on portfolio penetration (including sales, marketing, installation, churn, customer service, etc) and make recommendations to drive growth.

  • Proactively works with customer and property staff as appropriate regarding sales, product, technical, or customer care issues. Leads fast resolution of product and customer care issues across customer care, billing and technical support as a single point of contact who is helpful to the customer and property staff and also to internal teams.

  • Display solid communication skills internally and externally, and partner with other WOW team members to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer and partner experience

  • Meet and exceed specific growth targets at assigned properties.

What you'll be doing:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • Proficient in Salesforce

  • Ability to learn new software systems and access online support/tools.  

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management and/or Sales experience.

  • A proven track record for meeting/exceeding individual goals or sales quotas required

  • Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and solid communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success managing long-term relationships and meeting customer care success metrics.

  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Computer Skills:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office  and GSuite products

  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, Internet software and email
