Fleet Administrator

WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone Englewood, CO (Onsite) Full-Time

WOW! is currently hiring a Fleet Administrator!

This Fleet Administrator is responsible for managing fleet vehicles, which includes purchasing, maintaining and disposal.  Analyzes all aspects of data and statistical reporting in an effort to determine cost, quality and effectiveness and to meet established fleet goals.

What you'll be doing:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Manages the process for purchasing fleet vehicles which includes working with vendors, conducting cost analysis to determine recommendation for purchase

  • Assists in annual budget process for purchasing or leasing vehicles and monthly P&L variance analysis for fleet management

  • Determines the value of aged and damaged vehicles and provides recommendation to repair or sell the vehicles

  • Coordinates with the 3rd party vendor on the sale of vehicles

  • Collaborates with local leaders to maintain and dispose of fleet vehicles

  • Collaborates with the Learning and Development department to train employees on fleet management systems

  • Coordinates purchasing and applying vehicle decals

  • Coordinate with local leaders to ensure all fleet vehicles are properly licensed, registered, and insured

  • Supports Operations through reporting analysis and generating statistical reports according to management specifications regarding fuel purchases, maintenance deadlines and GPS assignment accuracy.

  • Administers the report functionality of all the software applications used to prepare and distribute an array of regularly scheduled fleet reports that display the system’s financial, sales, and operations performance; and prepare special reports as assigned by management.

  • Enforces and adheres to company policies & procedures including corporate guidelines & best practices.

  • May coordinate activities of accounts payable

  • Ensures all new vehicles have proper company branding

  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Marketing or Statistical Analysis or equivalent experience desired.

  • 2-4 years of experience with administration of fleet vehicles

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft

  • Any specific software that aligns with the reporting/systems listed in the duties

  • Must possess strong computer skills overall, with a strong knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and other analytical tools
