Job Description

Summary:

Supervise, train and inspire Residential Sales Representatives to achieve quota while ensuring the Company’s quality and customer service standards are maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  •  Meet or exceed company established homes-passed objectives, prospect, closing standards, bundling objectives and sales quota standards, with a focus on retention and churn management
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly productivity and performance status reports
  • Perform daily one-on-one field training, participating, observing and monitoring residential sales team to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas
  • Summarize and report current customer sales trends, field conditions and resources issues
  • Issue company-approved nodes and review production and disposition
  • Review daily installs, reschedules and cancels of sales team to monitor quality assurance processes and quality compliance of sales team
  • Maintain company policies and standards concerning the sales order process
  • Train and monitor sales team on proper sales presentation with new products, pricing and packaging changes, discounts, marketing and other program changes as required
  • Maintain accurate time off records in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist in the interview/hiring process, coaching, counseling and ongoing review process for residential sales and administer discipline consistent with company procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and appropriate behavior; promote positive attitude and good employee morale at all times
  • Facilitate resolution of customer escalations from sales team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to successfully sell product offerings in compliance with company production and penetration standards and simultaneously monitor the performance of the residential sales team. Education/Experience:
Sales, Marketing or Business college degree or equivalent in training and experience. CSG, Billing Systems.  Door-to-door selling of our full line of Data and Video services to wired and serviceable residential homes.  Minimum of one year of lead or supervision experience in similar industry.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Internet software and email

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit and stand for the  majority of the work week. The employee is required to walk on uneven ground and carry sales materials necessary to perform in-home sales. Close vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to drive Company vehicles in a safe manner.   While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to have and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record that meets the standards of the Company’s insurance carrier.

Employee is required to work prime-time selling hours, primarily evenings and weekends. Must be able to work in inclement weather. Working hours may include evening and Saturday hours. Ability to work independently.  Work week will generally consist of five days Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday; schedule may be changed to accommodate specific business needs.  Must be willing to be available by phone on scheduled, rotating weekends.
