Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Digital Products & User Experience is responsible for delivering personalized, and compelling customer experiences for WOW!’s customer websites. This position is responsible for growing new customer connects through online strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for end-to-end digital strategy for all customer websites
  • Leads team of product managers and vendors to identify, design, deliver and enhance WOW!’s websites
  • Leads on-going consumer research, analysis, and testing to identify pain points and opportunities. Translate user needs into product improvement strategies through A/B testing
  • Plays a key role in SEO strategy and execution for sites that rely on organic traffic
  • Prioritizes all projects and resources to maximize business value
  • Serves as a key point of contact and escalation path for all site functions, representing the product management role across the organization
  • Completes continuous market research to identify emerging web technologies and capabilities. Evaluate opportunities and lead the promotion, communication, and adoption of new ideas
  • Delivers business case development and presentation for new initiatives
  • Consistently tracks and publishes KPIs to measure performance
  • Responsible for allocating and managing the annual Digital Transformation team budget
  • Ensures high-quality experiences for all consumers on all types of devices including desktops, tablets, and phones
  • Leads initiatives from start to finish—ideation, vendor selection, design, implementation, rollout, and optimization
  • Develops and maintains strong and effective cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales, project management, development,  product, and CARE teams to drive high performance and deliver exceptional business results
  • Participates in giving regular performance feedback, conducting formal performance reviews
  • Responsible for interviewing and staffing team as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related study, or equivalent experience

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • 7 years of experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment
  • 7 years of leadership experience managing online marketing function
  • Experience in e-commerce data and analytics required
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies and best practices such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-functional skills
  • Agency and/or client-side experience managing deadline-dependent digital projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure, along with demonstrating solid time management skills and demonstrate a winning attitude

The minimum base pay salary for this position is $85,000. Salary may be negotiable based on experience. The minimum salary does not include any other pay elements in which this position may be eligible.
