Revenue Assurance Data and Reporting Analyst


 


The Revenue Assurance Data and Reporting Analyst will focus on generating revenue audit/leakage reporting and analyze the results to identify errors and opportunities for revenue recovery. This position will conduct error identification and reporting as well as validation of remediation efforts.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:




  • Establish and evaluate audits to monitor areas of risk and resolution of implemented changes

  • Extract data from multiple sources and conduct analysis to identify revenue recovery opportunities

  • Create and maintain reports that identify discrepancies within multiple systems (Billing, Data Warehouse, etc.) and quantify the financial impact

  • Design and build financial and operational presentations and tracking tools for a diverse audience

  • Test solutions to identified issues ensuring appropriate implementation

  • Other duties as assigned

Education:




  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics, statistics or similar field



Experience:




  • Minimum 1 year previous data analysis and reporting experience

  • 2 or more years' experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Ability and desire to execute detailed analysis with large data sets

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • Strong organization and process documentation skills

  • Thrives in an environment that fosters collaboration and communication of ideas and approaches to problem solving

  • Strong communication skills: listening, verbal, and written

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently



Computer Skills:




  • Experience with complex data analytics tools and coding experience desired (SQL, Tableau)

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and database skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office products skills
