Job Description


The Residential FSR-MDU will be responsible for door to door selling of our full line of internet, video, and phone services to newly constructed serviceable multi-dwelling units while maintaining set MDU penetration goals. This role will be accountable for generating and developing and business relationships with building owners and management companies to achieve installation and penetration goals through consistent with company standards, practices, and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Reach monthly installation goals by selling Sell bundled video, data internet, video, and phone services to new residential customers in newly constructed assigned multi-dwelling properties 
  • Achieve set IRR monthly and quarterly penetration targets in assigned properties. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key players within MDU properties to drive productivity, retention, and churn management
  • Review Right of Entry Agreements for assigned properties in order to ensure agreements and relationships are being managed properly and to create a marketing plan
  • Partner with leadership, operations, and marketing teams when action is needed or opportunity is generated 
  • Partner with local team members to  goals through door-to-door sales                                                                   
  • Describe and demonstrate the features, benefits and value of WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone  product offerings, services, and billing procedures 
  • Represent WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone at property events and association meetings 
  • Work with properties to establish a WOW! marketing plan in accordance with Right of Entry Agreements
  • Meet Maintain company- established revenue-generating activity requirements homes passed, objectives, for prospecting to include site visits, door knocks, contacts, presentations and sales, closing standards, bundling objectives and sales production standards, with a focus on sell-in revenue drivers 
  • Routinely perform onsite audits of company relationship and services
  • Schedule customer installations in compliance with company policies and procedures 
  • Complete sales order form and sales reports as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a relevant field, such as Sales, Marketing or Business preferred


  • 1 - 2 years sales experience preferred 
  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure

-Computer Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce preferred; SalesRabbit a plus
