*payout schedule: $2,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 180 days

The Residential FSR-MDU will be responsible for door-to-door selling of our full line of internet, video, and phone services to newly constructed serviceable multi-dwelling units (MDUs) while maintaining and growing set MDU penetration goals in existing contracted properties. This role will be accountable for generating and developing business relationships with building owners and management companies to achieve installation and penetration goals while improving and innovating the customer experience consistent with company standards, practices, and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage and grow customer penetration across an assigned portfolio of multi-dwelling and apartment communities to meet and exceed targets assigned by leadership and existing contracted properties in their portfolio.

  • Reach monthly installation goals by selling internet and additional services to new residential customers in newly constructed & existing assigned multi-dwelling properties

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key players i.e Property Managers within MDU properties to drive productivity, retention, and manage churn

  • Partner with leadership, operations, and marketing teams when action is needed or opportunity is generated                                                                   

  • Describe and demonstrate the features, benefits and value of WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone product offerings, services, and billing procedures 

  • Represent WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone at property events & association meetings 

  • Work with properties to establish a WOW! marketing plan in accordance with Right of Entry Agreements

  • Meet company- established revenue-generating activity requirements for prospecting including site visits, door knocks, contacts, presentations and sales, closing standards, bundling objectives and sales production standards, with a focus on sell-in revenue drivers 

  • Routinely perform onsite audits of company relationship and services

  • Complete property surveys and sales reports as required

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of company core values, products, & procedures.

  • Act as a single resource for sales, product, technical, or customer care issues and proactive follow-up with customers and internal teams for fast resolution. 

  • Perform comprehensive monthly and quarterly customer review meetings to ensure a high level of customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year College or University; and 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, such as Sales, Marketing or Business preferred

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • One to three years of professional sales experience is preferred, preferably in the communications or technology industry or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently

  • Ability to meet external demands, pressures, strict deadlines, and sales objectives

  • Experience building relationships with internal and external customers

  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships

  • Ability to articulate and communicate to internal and external customers.

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Strong verbal, written interpersonal, and listening skills.

  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
