Job Description

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the tactical development of the company’s marketing campaigns and flawless execution of WOW!’s overall brand and marketing initiatives to drive improved brand health, lead generation, revenue, and subscriber connects for the business.  This role, will be responsible for the creation, production, and management of best-in-class integrated campaigns, messaging and creative, to drive prospects from our direct marketing channels into WOW!’s various sales channels.

What you'll do:

  • Provide support to the acquisition marketing strategy and Greenfield marketing strategy by overseeing the development, production, launch and optimization of campaigns across all advertising tactics, including TV (both broadcast and cross-channel), streaming assets, radio, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) and other as needed
  • Identify, onboard and manage external advertising agencies and partners to execute defined acquisition marketing strategy
  • Manage advertising agencies performance expectations and holds vendors accountable to milestones, deliverables, costs and quality of work
  • Manage the agency creative and production budgets needed to achieve desired KPI and financial goals
  • Partner with field sales teams and local marketing team in planning, development and execution of integrated, local marketing plans to drive targeted residential connects
  • Work cross-functionally to support company initiatives including Greenfield, Fill-in/Edge Out, and new product launches
  • Oversee and ensure consistency in all use of the WOW! brand, including visual identity and tonality, logo use, animation, color, typography, and imagery both internally and externally
  • Lead communication and socialization of marketing plans and details throughout the organization
  • Generate brand strategies that grow market share and the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth
    • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies, including the launch of new markets or launch of new products and services
    • Improve brand’s performance, image and positioning compared to the competition

What we're looking for:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • 5 years marketing experience
  • 2-5 years leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project management and process documentation skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, driving projects to on time and on budget completion while providing excellent follow-through
  • Superior oral and written creative skills; experience drafting/editing offer positioning, marketing collateral, and making strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating a strategic vision and path for getting there
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Energetic, charismatic, collaborative self-starter
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Excellent understanding of design specifications, requirements and formats across digital, print, TV, radio and OOH
  • Cable/telecommunications industry a plus
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Multicultural marketing experience a plus

The minimum base pay salary for this position is $75.000. Salary may be negotiable based on experience. The minimum salary does not include any other pay elements in which this position may be eligible.
