Marketing Manager - Digital


The Digital Marketing Manager will assist with and support digital and ecommerce marketing strategies and solutions. Focusing on acquisition marketing for the WOW! Residential and Business brands, this position will implement digital marketing programs that inform customers and the public about WOW!, attract new residential and business customers, and strengthen relationships with current customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Assist Sr. Director with campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple online channels, e.g., display, SEM, paid social, email, mobile, etc.

  • Work with agencies for campaign development and planning to drive subscriber acquisition and growth through performance marketing

  • Establish and execute specific digital attribution approach for campaigns and confirm alignment for KPIs across the digital strategy

  • Analyze marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and assist in creation of presentations for key stakeholders and leadership

  • Assist with reviewing and processing invoices

  • Oversees specific digital channels and provides recommendations on strategy and experiments to Sr. Director

  • Continually plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests using A/B/n testing

  • Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations

  • Manages and oversees multiple vendors and completes various marketing related projects Foster cross-functional collaboration by working effectively with local and regional internal teams

  • Provide knowledge of all new media industry trends and emerging digital channels and identify and manage innovation opportunities and ensure WOW! is leveraging growth tactics.

  • Manage budget towards predetermined goals and targets

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field preferred

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in gathering and interpreting data into actionable recommendations

  • Experience in the following areas is required: SEM (search engine marketing), PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management, paid social, familiar with DSPs or other digital display approaches, Google AdWords, familiar with Salesforce or other CRM, marketing systems including marketing automation platform or email marketing system

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Client account management experience in B-B and B-C

  • Experience with email marketing platforms

  • Google Analytics Certification and reporting highly preferred

  • Cable TV/telecom industry experience preferred

  • Agency experience preferred)

Computer Skills:

  • Word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite
