Job Description

WOW! is looking for a Manager of Capital Administration. You will be responsible for tracking, analysis, forecasting and reporting of company financials, with a primary focus on the Consolidated Company. This includes complex modeling, budgeting, reporting, special projects, and other financial analysis.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily oversight and direction to a team of financial analysts which will include hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coach, mentor and develop employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

  • Reporting of Total Company Capital including providing analysis and presentation support to the annual budgeting process

  • Design and implement reports and reporting processes to improve the efficiency of capital reporting

  • Partner with department and project leaders to develop budgets, explain variances, and build reports

  • Lead capital worksheets and models and develop capital metrics and repeatable reporting analysis

  • Preparation and analysis of financial and other capital reporting. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Craft and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis for specific areas of focus

  • Capital budgeting, tracking, and forecasting across various aspects of the business

  • Build, modify and maintain canned and Ad Hoc reports inside of TM1

  • Prepare and develop specific consolidated financial reporting for broader distribution

  • Develop strategies to improve reporting and the analysis of trends



What we're looking for:


Education


  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with an Accounting or Finance concentration



Experience:


  • 7-10 years of confirmed capital administration experience

  • 5 years previous management or supervisory experience

  • Should be able to lead, manage and direct the work of other employees as well as cross-functional project teams

  • Capable of working with large amounts of data and using Excel to manipulate it

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and verbal communication

  • Will be expected to execute on projects and assignments with acute accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ability to work cooperatively and in collaboration with all levels of employees, management, and external customers to improve performance and results



Computer Skills:

Advanced level experience in all Microsoft products, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Experience in NetSuite and TM1 Reporting preferred.
