Job Description


The position is responsible for the accurate QC, billing, and entry of all business orders for complex and simple installations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Verify and process all business orders including: new installations, upgrades/downgrades, service requests, LNP's, disconnects, and contract renewals

  • Complete order entry and billing activity for business customers

  • Screen business orders for accuracy, such as pricing, discounts, etc.

  • Understand task dependencies and timing required to provide customer with a seamless installation

  • Status opportunities in the CRM for accurate commission payout

  • Keep supervisor advised of any operational issues with regard to the order

  • Gather data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of our service and support activities as required by management

  • Other necessary clerical work as defined by management, including research, filing, assistance with mailings, and other related duties

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Good knowledge base of Internet, Cable and Telephony

  • Must be detail oriented and well-organized

  • Trouble shooting skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills


High school diploma and equivalent work related experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, Internet software and e-mail. Ability to learn billing software systems and access online support/tools
